Capturing the client vision
The beginning of your Narta journey is that first step into your imagination.
We simply sit down with you and discover the vision that you have for your space. This is your moment to take centre stage in the process and we are careful to listen to each idea. Nothing is too “out there” – we promise. At this meeting we survey the space to allow us to conduct feasibility studies, investigate planning rules and the logistics of your site.
Bringing your ideas to life
This is where the real collaboration begins
We will take your ideas and bring them to life as drawings and plans. We work closely with you to develop these ideas into a set of plans that can be used as we progress towards the build. It is now that you will be able to give us all of your feedback and thoughts on the design as it comes to life.
Preparations begin
Revisions: Once we have the design set, we make sure that it meets your budget expectations. We can make amendments to suit your budget and ensure a contingency.
Planning permissions/ other permissions
We will then ensure you have all the planning permissions you require, the party wall agreements in place and all building control approvals or licenses are completed. This is essential before we start any work, and we never skip this vital step!
Project Management
Your dedicated project manager will now prepare a full itemised plan of your build. This includes organising the on-site teams, arranging the trades, equipment, and materials. This is all detailed down to the final penny in your fixed-price quote.
Construction and sign-off
The hard work begins and you can fully relax
From this point on, we take care of every detail of your build. While we keep you informed at every step and encourage site visits, our aim is to remove every stress from our client and to make this an easy process from the very first day we are on site.
Your project manager will be available at every step, and we work hard to stick to our proposed timetable as laid out in our plan.
Once we have fulfilled the brief, we invite you for a look around and to sign off the project. Of course, that doesn’t mean we are no longer available as you move forward. We welcome a chat at any time if you have any concerns, niggles or missed snags.
